SEV MOKAKE

Tanzanian born living in the UK. I have always been around high levels in sports performance from a young age due to my father being Cameroon U19’s manager in the 90’s and Tanzania national team coach.

I have a football academy background from being at championship level academy from a young age which after being released made me want to continue on but this time in health and fitness for the general and elite level professionals.

Working over the off season for the first time with Sev, helped me gain my sharpness ahead of the new season. I ticked boxes that I wouldn’t necessarily of ticked whilst being on pre season as it’s a short period of time, he made sure it was drilled in just before getting back!
